Anyone with a drivers license that drives in the Bathurst region will now be required to drive with a protractor on them at all times. The protractor will be used as an assistive device to help with the angle of reverse parks in the CBD.
A cute local 20 year old, Angela Wright, said that she was pleased with the attention to detail that the authorities were displaying by enforcing this new rule. “It’s good to see some care finally being taken in the parking around Bathurst. It’s one of the few flaws of the region.”
Fellow resident, Fred Schumacher, was not happy with the new law that was going to be enforced. “First it was seatbelts, then airbags, and now this! What is the world coming to! What’s next? Wrap yourself up in bubble wrap every time you go for a drive?”
